When unruly teenagers temporarily move in with Lisa and Cliff Bolton for the reality show World's Strictest Parents, they face early wake-up calls, a strict chores schedule and push-ups as punishments as their host parents teach them discipline. "We were just cracking up thinking that they were in for a bigger culture shock coming to live with us than it was for us to have them come into our home!" says Lisa, a high school teacher who doesn't let any excuses fly in their house. "We've heard it all!" Her husband, Cliff, who is also the high school football coach, points to the success of one particular teen to illustrate how their tactics really work. "Alex got to come to football practice with us and it was incredible. When he got in that environment of regime and being a teammate and being for each other instead of being selfish, he took off with it," Cliff says. "He did a great job!" Rachael is impressed and asks this pair to help out a few viewers with their own parenting dilemmas!
