Three months ago, Tammy met the man of her dreams. "When I first met Steve, I wanted to tell the person that would've been the most happiest for me -- my mom," says Tammy. "Unfortunately, she passed away a few months before that."

In tears, she explains, "I think she always wanted me to get married, settle down. I don't think she could've picked anyone better than Steve. I wish she was here. I know she would be so grateful and I know that she would stop worrying about me ... I really feel like there's unfinished business. If I could talk to my mom one last time, tell her that I met someone and that we got married and that we're happy, that would change everything."
