Nineteen-year-old Kelly has never worn makeup in her life! She's never applied lipstick or eyeliner, and she's afraid that when she attempts it for the first time she'll end up looking like a clown. Kelly is tired of looking like she's 13, especially since she is a teacher and wants to look more professional. So she asks Rachael for some help. Rachael surprises her with someone to walk her through some makeup dos and don'ts -- the glamorous star of The Hills, Lauren Conrad.

How does Kelly feel about her new look? "I feel a lot more grown up," she says. "I think that on the weekends when I want to go out I'll be able to look a little bit older, look my own age."

Rachael explains that she chose Lauren to be the first person to help Kelly with her makeup because Lauren is now the first-ever spokesperson for mark beauty products. "I was really excited because it's a really cool brand. It's about girls making their mark on the world, following your dreams, doing what you want to do, being an individual. I liked what the brand stood for."
