This new husband is so helpless in the kitchen that he has no idea how to even turn on the stove! His idea of packing a lunch for his wife: "Two tuna cans, a can opener and a Ziploc bag of crackers in a shopping bag," his wife reports. Now Rachael's got a hold of him and she's got him whipping up his first meal -- Chicken Marvalasala!

So did it work? Has Michael been in the kitchen since his first attempt with Rachael?

"Since meeting Rachael, Michael has definitely been trying. He hasn't yet taken the initiative to cook a meal on his own but he is helping and I can see more of an interest," Monica says. "Just yesterday, he cracked an egg for himself but I had to get up from watching TV to go flip the egg over. I see improvement though. He's at least more interested in learning, even though he still feels uncertain about his hidden talent. I know that if he just threw caution to the wind, he can really get good at it. It's his confidence in the kitchen that he needs to work on but at least he's been more involved in helping me cook."
