Fire up your engines! It's Rach's first trip to a NASCAR race and she's getting in on the competition as Mario Batali challenges her to the Asphalt Chef Cook-off. Rachael, Mario and Tim Love are paired with race car drivers in a grilling competition to be judged on taste, originality and presentation. "I'm really worried about Mario Batali because I've never competed head-to-head with him," says Rachael, who's cooking with racer Carl Edwards. "I don't know what's going to happen but there's going to be food and cars and a lot of fun." After 20 minutes at the grill, Mari and Juan Pablo Montoya are the winners, but Rach gets her own prize: a ride around the NASCAR track with racer Jimmy Johnson!
