College basketball's Final Four teams are ready to duke it out on the courts next week and claim the championship, and their fans may be just as competitive as the players! To prove it, we're inviting four basketball fans to flex their culinary chops and represent their team spirit in a "Final Fork" Cooking Challenge. They're bringing their best game-day recipes to be judged by a real hoops pro - New York Knicks shooter and the Knicks' current Assistant General Manager Allan Houston. He says he's looking for comfort food that is delicious but easy to eat while rooting for your favorite team. "You want to be mobile when you're watching a game!" he says. Check out the competitors' stats below:

Mo, FSU alum: "My love for FSU sports started my freshman year. When I go to a game, I participate!" Mo says. She's making Seminole Sliders: Pork Cutlet Parmigiana and boasts, "My Seminole Sliders are a slam dunk."

Jamie, Marquette fan: "I love the passion of our fans, I love the passion of our students," she says. "I would never miss a game!" She's bringing her spin on chili to the competition with her Famous Marquette Potters Beans and thinks her dish will win because, "It's full of spice, fire, excitement - just like our Marquette team!"

Eric, BYU student: "I am BYU's biggest basketball fan," Eric claims. "In my four years at BYU, I've missed two home games - so that means I've sat court-side for 60 plus games." He is making his Fry Sauce Burger. "The hidden gem is my fries sauce!"

Gerri, UK Alum: "I give my heart and soul to the University of Kentucky. Basically, I go to basketball and football games to scream my heart out and it keeps me from going to a psychiatrist," Gerri jokes. "I literally bleed blue!" She's sticking with her team color for her dish - Wildcat Blueberry Cream Puff. "I bet no one has a dish that represents their team like this one! My recipe is going to win."
