When Patricia Arquette stops by, Rachael asks her if she really believes in psychic abilities such as those possessed by her character on Medium. "I believe some people really have this incredible power," she admits, "but you have to be careful. A lot of people go to psychics when they're grieving and people can really take advantage of you, so you have to be cautious."

The actress, who won an Emmy® for her work on the show, tells Rachael that when her younger brother David directed her in an episode, it wasn't all family fun. "It was payback time," Patricia says, "because when we were little, I was his boss!"

One thing that Rachael and Patricia have in common is having to dress up and be photographed. "I love clothes, if I don't have to take pictures!" Patricia says. "And they're screaming at you, like, 'Patricia! Patricia! Look over here!' And you're supposed to smile, but you know they're going to write something mean about you!"
