Q&A with The Accidental Housewife: Julie Edelman

Hi there, it's Julie Edelman, the Accidental Housewife! You've probably seen me on the show sharing my housekeeping tips like how to clean those hard-to-clean items, telling you when mattresses and pillows should be replaced because of bedbugs and dust mites and all other kids of creepy things, and giving you a glimpse of the fungus that lives among us.

I'm not trying to gross you out, I promise! I just want to share with you the simple solutions and sanity-saving methods I've discovered for dealing with everyday tasks. I realized several years back that although I wanted to "do it all" as a wife, mother and working gal ... I couldn't. Who can? Instead, I decided to embrace my lack of time (and skill) and put a new spin on our old household chores by making them fun. It turns out, I can have a clean house and still have time to actually sit down and savor my morning cup of coffee.

To help you get started as an Accidental Housewife, I'm giving away copies of my book, The Accidental Housewife: How to Overcome Housekeeping Hysteria One Task at a Time, and answering any questions you may have!

Below, ask me any question you've got. I'll do my best to offer you simple solutions and tips to help you deal with all the work in and out of the house. And while you're writing in, feel free to share some of your sanity-saving tips too!
