Rach & Katie Lee's Toast to the Burger
Katie Lee joins the burger bonanza with her winning recipe from the 2008 Food Network NYC Wine and Food Festival Burger Bash, the Logan County Hamburger. "I just love the combination of a really good bun, the ground beef when it's seasoned really nice, and really melted cheese," Katie tells Rachael. "The cheese has to be super melted and gooey and I want it to run down my arms!"
As the wine ambassador for Clos Du Bois wines, Katie says that their Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect pairing for her burger. "It's full-bodied so it really stands up to the ground beef," she says. "Really yummy, and it's perfect for grilling this summer."
