Rach to the Rescue Hits Portland

Jeff, 46, started a Dad's Club in his Portland neighborhood that meets once a month to brainstorm on projects that would help the local school. "When we do food at a Dad's Club event, we definitely get more guys there," Jeff explains. "That's what we need, more guys to come out and contribute." Not satisfied with the usual menu of pretzels and crackers, Jeff wants to make a good impression on new members by cooking something special. So Rachael sends Alex and Rach to the Rescue RV to the Pacific Northwest to surprise Jeff with a cooking lesson from Aaron McCargo, Jr., season four winner of The Next Food Network Star and host of Big Daddy's House.
