Rachael and John had a gorgeous Tuscan wedding five years ago this month and it was absolutely perfect except for one moment ... Rach missed the wedding cake! "I made the first cut with my husband, I spin around, I have a dance or two, a glass of wine or two - cake's gone! I never had one bite!" Rach tells the Cake Boss. "I can't make a cake, but maybe you could make me a cake that would remind my husband of our wedding day? And maybe this time I could have a piece!"
