Rach's Cooking School with Niecy Nash

As a behind-the-scenes reporter for the most recent season of Dancing with the Stars, former competitor Niecy Nash says that she' was always ready to hit the dance floor at a moment's notice. "Dancing with the Stars is definitely a good time," she tells Rachael. "I love it so much that when I go back and I do reporting on it, I just keep a little costume in my bag ... just in case they need me to be waiting in the wings!"

In addition to her dancing days, Niecy also cracked up viewers of Reno: 911 and helps de-clutter homes on Clean House, but her most important role is set for May when she gets married! "My new fiancé told me if I didn’t learn how to cook he was gonna take my ring and give it to my mama," she laughs. "I can only make about three things and I wanna be in my marriage about 45 years so I need to learn some new things!" Rachael teaches Niecy to make Super Scampi from her new book, Look + Cook.
