Robin McGraw is 53 years old and she's not afraid to admit it -- or to share her beauty secrets! "I have a very long list of things I do every day to look good," says Robin, the wife of Dr. Phil who has become a celebrity in her own right. "But my number one thing is to stay hydrated and drink lots of water." Click here to get Robin's beauty recipes. (Plus: You ask and Robin answered. See if she responded to your question!)

Though most of Robin's beauty secrets can be found in her kitchen, there are a few store-bought products that she swears by. "I use Miracle Hydrate hand creme every night because the hands are one of the first places you can see a woman aging," she says. "It's all part of keeping the body hydrated."

Another of Robin's favorite products is Beautility's Hydro Tea Facial Feed. "You just put a a dropper's worth in your water and it's equivalent to 15 cups of green tea and it's loaded with antioxidants," says Robin, whose favorite flavor of Hydro Tea is peach.

Rachael wants to know if Dr. Phil is on board with a similar beauty regimen. "Phillip understands the importance of feeling healthy, and I've gotten him into some things," says Robin.

Robin has never had plastic surgery, but she has found some non-surgical options that she says can make it look like you've had a face-lift. She's so enthusiastic about one treatment called ReFirme that she's sitting Rach down in the chair to give it a try!

When it came to menopause, Robin rose to the occasion and decided to embrace the changes her body was undergoing. "I wanted to do everything naturally when it came to menopause and when I started having really bad hot flashes, I got to researching what I could do about it. The one thing that helped me was taking natural progesterone and for me, the hot flashes stopped," she says. "But you have to learn what's right for your body." During menopause, Robin also started taking evening primrose oil to help her sleep at night. Her advice for all women entering or in menopause? "Get to know your body and do your research thoroughly."

Another thing Robin has embraced with age is physical activity. "When I turned 50, I took up Pilates and I believe that was a turning point in how fit I feel. And I even got Phillip doing it! If there's one tip we've learned from Pilates it's that if you stand straight up and put your shoulders back and your neck up, it is an anti-aging look because it pulls everything up," she says.

Robin's beauty tips and research into new natural remedies and technologies have become part of her pro-aging passion. "I love getting older and I love aging," she says proudly. "But it is something you do want to master."
