Looking to spice up your routine in the bedroom? Start going to the gym! "It revs up the hormones, it increases the blood flow throughout the entire body - that means the sex organs also - so it actually primes you for really great sex!" says fitness trainer Kacy Duke, who has worked with celebrities including Gwen Stefani, Julianne Moore and Denzel Washington. Kacy's new book, The Show It Love Workout, details exercises to get you in shape in all the right places. "For men, it's the chest, the arms, the abs and it's the butt, because you know that you want to make sure they can support you, lift you, thrust ... For women, the inner thighs are very important, the outer thighs also, the abs and the buttocks, because we need to be flexible!" And, it will get you in the right frame of mind to be close to your honey. "I think when you feel good about yourself; you really want to engage with other people."

Get some of her tips below:

• "I think the number one tip is that Kegal [exercises] are for everybody," Kacy says. "For women, it's lubrication and it helps you have stronger orgasms. For men, it increases blood flow to the penis, which helps you last longer in the bedroom and helps you have stronger orgasms."

• "Practice makes perfect. Again, you can't just expect to go to the gym one time and have this gorgeous body. You know, it's an evolution, not a revolution. So you want to make sure that you keep it going, keep trying," she encourages. "Do it often, have a great workout, go home and go to bed and have some great sex!"

• "Use your workout as foreplay. It's an amazing thing that we don't realize that working out together is definitely sexy. You get to see each others' strengths and weaknesses," she explains. "You don't want to have the earphones on. Even if you're working out separately, look at each other, you want to have eye contact, you want to do things that support each other. It's really about support. It's like setting up yourselves so that you can be comfortable being a work in progress with each other, because that's what really makes you strong."
