When megastar Sean "Diddy" Combs drops in, Rachael asks if he has any guilty pleasures when it comes to food. "I've been having this problem with apple pie and cheeseburgers," the handsome star admits. "It's like an intense craving that I get like around 1 in the morning because I'm in the studio late all the time ... So I get hungry at that time, and it's really starting to catch up with me. I want to get my six-pack back!"

The singer, actor and clothing mogul is out with a new man's fragrance, I Am King. "It's about your father, your husband, your brother, your boyfriend -- the king in all men," he says. "There's always something wrong with us, but we are your kings. Your dysfunctional kings!"

His ad campaign for the cologne was inspired by James Bond, and he jokes that it's his way of auditioning to be the first black Bond. "I'm not trying to take Daniel Craig's job," Diddy says. "I have a concept that he has to go and solve a problem in New York and then I'm one of the agents that he meets ... He gets kidnapped, so I have to save him and then by me saving him he realizes he's getting a little rusty, he wants to go retire and he passes it to me -- 008!"

In the meantime Diddy's taking on the role of producer with the movie Notorious, based on the life of slain rapper, Biggie Smalls. "This is his mother's idea and I helped out with the movie," Diddy explains. "It gives you the perspective from a mother's point of view that has lost somebody, and it helps you to really appreciate life. It's a positive story."
