With the big game only days away, it's time for Rachael's second annual Super Bowl Recipe Playoff! Last year, Mario Batali crowned New York Giants star Ottis Anderson the champ with his Deep-fried Chicken. This year, Rocco DiSpirito will make the call when these three NFL greats go head-to-head in Rachael's kitchen:

• David Garrard of the Jacksonville Jaguars is spicing up the competition with his Buffalo Chicken Dip.

• Nick Mangold of the New York Jets is heating things up with his Super Bowl C.B.C. (Chorizo Bacon Chili).

• R.W. McQuarters of the New York Giants is making Grilled Salmon with Honey-Soy Glaze and Grilled Asparagus. And as the only player with a Super Bowl ring, R.W. is already predicting the outcome for himself. "I know what it takes to win," he says with a grin.

Rocco quickly puts the players in check. "Fancy jewelry will not win this competition for you," he tells them with a nod to R.W. "It's all about flavor. A touchdown is to football what flavor is to food -- if it doesn't taste good, you did not score." As the players head to the kitchen, Rocco instructs them to make sure their dish has broad appeal and could be served at a party.

When the dust settles, Rocco proclaims a winner: David Garrard and his Buffalo Chicken Dip! "Big flavor, great presentation, broad appeal -- I love what you did," Rocco tells him. "Anybody who can make five ingredients taste that good deserves to win!"
