His Marie Claire advice column, "Gunn Laws," features fashion rules that the everyday person can live by as Tim answers readers questions. Those who write in should brace themselves for his answers. “Sometimes, when I’m told, ‘I’m wearing an aubergine dress and a beige pump and I don’t know what color purse to get,’ I ask, ‘Why are you wearing a beige pump?!’ I’m very honest,” he admits. But, don’t be deterred. The fashion guru says there’s a reason why this stuff is confusing. “If getting our fashion right were easy, everyone would look fabulous!”
