Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz are known as American Pickers on History Channel's hit show, but what exactly is a picker? "Pickers are guys that are on the front lines of the antique and decorator industry," explains Mike. "We're the guys in the trenches, we're the guys who look for the unusual, the impossible, the different, and we sell to a lot of those people. But I think a lot of pickers start out as collectors."

Frank adds, "It doesn't matter what you collect — it doesn't matter if it's apple peelers or Mickey Mouse watches, somebody loves it."
