The Kindness of Strangers

Laura sacrificed her own Christmas to give to a family of complete strangers who lost everything in Hurricane Katrina. Rachael brought these two women together for an emotional first meeting and a few more surprises.

A Soldier's Birthday Surprise

With Rachael's help, Noelle threw an early surprise birthday party for her husband, Bo, who was about to be deployed to Afghanistan for 18 months. So Bo wouldn't miss his big 40th birthday with his family, Rach flew them all to New York to join in on the surprise.

Triumph in the Face of Tragedy: The Prom at Enterprise High School

Just weeks after a tornado destroyed Enterprise High School and took the lives of eight students, the Rachael Ray team went on location to share the stories of a community's courage and strength. To help the students rebuild and return to normalcy Rachael and her buddies decided to gather the community together and create a prom for the students. Even after the Rachael Ray team left, the Enterprise community received an outpouring of good wishes, donations and support.
