Turning a Ballpark Into a Winter Wonderland

How do you turn a baseball field into a romantic wedding venue? You bring in Kristan Cunningham! "The biggest challenge by far is creating an intimate space within this vast space," says KC, as she tours Minute Maid Park. "We want our couples to feel that they are in their wedding space and that will happen by giving the space some parameters."

She chooses a winter wonderland theme and teams up with Darryl & Co to select table linens, trees, flowers, furniture and the entire decor. The day before the wedding Kristan takes Rachael for a tour. "I love that you went with white and crystals," Rachael says. "It's going to be amazing. Wait until these brides get a load of what's going to go up on that stage!"
