Julie struggled with her weight her entire life and reached a high of 321 pounds, but it wasn't until her mother was diagnosed with cancer that she decided to make a change. After doing research and learning that being morbidly obese increases your risk of cancer, Julie committed herself to Weight Watchers and their Lose for Good campaign. The 32-year-old has since lost 164 pounds, and she tells Rachael the most important thing she gained from the program. "I learned that I could still have everything that I wanted to eat, but just in moderation," Julie shares. "I used to eat so much food ... I love pasta, but now I can make pasta in single size portions and bring it to work [or store it in the freezer] and have it whenever I like. I add vegetables to it all the time now, where before I wouldn't eat vegetables!"

David Kirchhoff, CEO and President of Weight Watchers, explains how the Lose for Good campaign has done this year. "As our members are losing weight, we're asking them to bring in a similar amount of food that is contributed to local food banks. And at the same time, we're making contributions to two organizations that are focused on helping with childhood obesity in a healthy way." David says that they're still tabulating the contributions, but so far they've had 3,300 food drives and over 2 million pounds of food have been brought in!
