If you forget to ask for fresh fish to be skinned when you buy it, you're left to deal with the daunting task on your own -- and we can all agree that it's not the most fun.
"Skinning fish isn't the easiest process" one of our culinary producers, Grant Melton, says, "especially if you're like me and don't skin fish that often."
So when Grant heard about an electric gadget that claims to skin fish for him -- in HALF the time -- he had to try it.
