On her new show “Nightcap,” comedian Ali Wentworth plays a late night talk show booker who asks guests to do some crazy things. So what’s the strangest thing she’s ever done on TV in real-life?
She says it was definitely the time when she wore pasties and flashed the audience on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” when she was a guest in 2015.
I was wearing a very conservative blouse backstage, and Miley Cyrus went out before me wearing only pasties,” she explains."I was sitting there thinking, ‘Good Lord, I don’t know how to follow this.’ But then Miley said, ‘When I’m an old lady, I’m not going to do this.’”
So of course Wentworth had to prove her wrong:“I said to the costume department, go get me some pasties!” she laughs.
She came out and flashed the audience, recalling, “I was like, this is what 50 looks like! Enjoy.”
Wentworth’s 15th anniversary to hubby, “Good Morning America” host George Stephanopoulos is coming up, and she dished on what she might get him with Rach. Watch the video below to hear what’s on the list. (Hint: the possibilities include “doing that thing that women hate to do,” according to Wentworth.)
