Please Note:
We receive many requests for auction tickets and cannot fulfill them all. If you are granted tickets for a fundraising event you will be contacted and provided with a voucher and voucher number.
All tickets must be used for the same show, and not split to be used more than once.
All auction/charity tickets are non-transferable.
Please Note:
Due to the high number of ticket requests, it may be a while before we are able to accommodate your request. Parties are only permitted to attend a taping once per season. If a member of the staff or crew recognizes you as a repeat audience member, you will be denied admittance.
When We Tape:
Typically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 11:00 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Arrival time for the morning show: 10:00 a.m. Arrival time for the afternoon show: 1:30 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.
Show times and arrival times are subject to change. Please be advised that the actual taping could last up to several hours. Audience members who attend must agree to stay for the entire duration of the taping or entry will be denied.

Please Note: Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
What to Wear:
Dress your best! All audience members must follow a business casual dress code.
Please Do Not Wear:
Shorts, capri/gaucho pants, tank tops, t-shirts, ripped jeans, flip flops, sequins, hats, very busy patterns, white or primarily white/off-white/light pink tops or shirts, jogging suits or velour.
You’ll look your best wearing solid, jewel-toned colors (deep blues, reds, greens, etc.).
We have the right to deny anyone who does not follow guidelines.
What You Should Bring:
Valid photo identification and your Rachael Ray ticket email.
Please Note: All tickets are non-transferable.
What You Can't Bring:
Food and drinks, suitcases and/or large bags (due to security reasons), chewing gum, cameras, and recorders or similar electronic devices are not permitted once in the studio.
Transportation:
Audience members are responsible for their own transportation to and from our studio.
What You Should Know:
Admission to our show is on a first-come, first-serve basis as ticket distribution may be in excess of our studio capacity. Ticket reservations are not guaranteed and all shows are subject to change. Our show does not reimburse for travel expenses due to show cancellations or schedule changes. In the event we have to cancel a show, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and/or phone. Unfortunately, if you are an out-of-town guest, we may not be able to accommodate you for another taping during your visit.
If you or anyone in your party is disabled, please be sure to let us know when we offer you tickets via email. We must be given advance notice of all requests for reasonable accommodation.
Standby Tickets:
The availability of standby tickets varies daily. The arrival time to receive a standby voucher is 10:15 a.m. (for the 11:30 a.m. taping) and 2:15 p.m. (for the 4:00 p.m. taping). A standby voucher does not guarantee a ticket to the show.
Remember, you must be at least 16 years of age to attend a show taping, and if you are under 18 you must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian. You must present a valid, government-issued ID with proof of age.
