Ingredients

  • 1 triangular wedge brie cheese
  • 1 wedge of a sharp yellow cheddar, cubed
  • 1 wedge of a milky looking havarti, cubed

Serves: 6-8

Preparation

Place a wedge of brie on a cheese plate, with the pointiest edge pointing at the bottom of the tray. Place some of the cheddar against the outer rind of the brie and the havarti above that to form a giant candy corn-looking cheese plate!
