Rachael Ray brought her own dermatologist and No7 spokesperson, Dr. Anne Chapas, to the studio to help twin sisters Kimberly and Kristine, whose father successfully battled skin cancer, learn how they can protect their own skin and prevent premature aging.
Dr. Chapas used a special machine to take a look at Kimberly’s face, and found that she’s already dealing with some damage.

But not to worry, the doctor has advice for her! She recommends a “CPPR” regimen for her patients: Cleanse, Prevent, Protect and Repair.
For cleansing, she recommends using a mild cleanser, being sure to take off makeup first with wipes first.
For prevention, she recommends a serum like No7 Youthful Eye Serum. She says of the product, “It’s clinically proven to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes in just four weeks."
Next is protection. Dr. Chapas recommends using a SPF 30 or higher, and applying about a tablespoon of sunscreen for each body part. She also notes that with most sunscreens, you should apply 20 to 30 minutes before you leave the house for maximum protection.
And finally, when it comes to repairing your skin, Dr. Chapas stresses the use of a moisturizer. Make sure to apply it on your face, neck and chest.
