Ingredients

  • Large, green, pitted olives
  • Proscuitto, crisped (optional)
  • Flour, for dredging
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Panko breadcrumbs, for coating
  • Frying oil

Preparation

 

 

Stuff olives with prosciutto, if using. Coat olives in flour. Coat olives in egg.

 

 

Roll olives in Panko

 

 

Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
