Ingredients

  • 7 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over hot water or in the microwave. Stir in corn syrup then turn out onto parchment paper or foil and let cool until it’s stiff enough to mold like clay.
 
Mold into desired shape, such as flowers.
