Ingredients

  • 18 graham crackers, plus more for garnish
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips or 1 milk chocolate bar, chopped
  • Cooking spray
  • Marshmallow fluff, for topping

Serves: 8-10

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place the graham crackers into a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs. Pour into a glass bowl and mix in the butter. Once the butter is fully incorporated, pour into a foil-lined 13x9” baking dish and press into a flat layer.


Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Add in the milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.

Pour batter into the pan over the graham cracker crust. 

Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. 

Cut the brownies into desired size and top with marshmallow fluff. If you’d like them toasted, pop them under a broiler for a few seconds or toast them with a kitchen torch.
