This is a champagne version of a sloe gin fizz.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces sloe gin (a lot of sloe gins on the market are not good at all, however Plymouth however makes an excellent sloe gin)
- 2 lemon wheels
- Champagne, to top
Yield
Serves: 1
Preparation
Fill a wine goblet with ice. Add sloe gin and top with champagne. Stir gently and garnish with lemon wheels.
