No. 2: Grant's Strawberry Shortcake
Grant macerates his strawberries to help break them down, by squeezing lemon juice and sprinkling sugar over the berries. He makes his own shortcake with a secret ingredient – sour cream!
No. 3: Strawberries and Mozzarella
For a clever summer appetizer plate, arrange sliced fresh mozzarella and top with baby strawberries, mint or basil, course salt and olive oil.
No. 4: Grant's Strawberry Milk
This is a perfect treat for the whole family! Grant just blends up milk with strawberries, vanilla, sugar and a smidge of salt for a perfectly refreshing summer treat!
No. 5: Jeanette's Strawberry Rosé Spritz
For this summer cocktail, Jeanette marinates fresh strawberries in a bottle of rose for a couple of hours or overnight, then strains out the berries, purees them, and adds them back in, and tops with seltzer. She then serves over ice. How refreshing!
No. 6: Jeanette's Strawberry Balsamic BBQ Sauce Glazed Chicken Wings
For these delicious wings, Jeannette uses strawberries, balsamic vinegar and red wine as the base for her BBQ sauce.
