Ingredients

  • A healthy cup fresh mint
  • A healthy cup fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 healthy cloves garlic
  • Salt (sea salt) and pepper

Yield

Serves: about 1 cup

Preparation

Place mint, parsley and garlic in a food processor and chop. Add little of olive oil and process again into a sauce. Squeeze in 1/2 lime and remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
