Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (you can also use coconut, hemp or rice milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A dash cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)

Serves: 1

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on medium. Pour mix into a saucepan and heat for 2-4 minutes over medium heat.
