Are you tired of cooking bacon on the stovetop and getting grease splatter everywhere? Not to mention that when you’re done, half the bacon is soggy and the other half is burnt. No thanks!
Instead, try Rach's easy, hands-off oven method: bake bacon on a slotted pan!
"Always bake your bacon," Rach says. "Always put bacon on a wire rack over a sheet pan lined with foil and a little parchment, for easy cleanup. Or, I actually make trays with holes in them and little raised surface, so you can don't have to flip [the bacon]."
"It cooks very evenly, and you can cook it [until] it's very, very, very crisp," Rach adds. "And it's very easy cleanup."

HOW TO BAKE BACON
It’s so incredibly simple! Just preheat oven to 375°F, and arrange your bacon on a slotted pan (like Rach's!) and bake to crisp for 15 to 18 minutes. (Again, if you don't have a slotted pan, Rach says you can make your own by putting a wire cooling rack on top of a baking sheet with a rim.)
NOW GO USE YOUR PERFECTLY COOKED BACON IN ONE OF THESE RECIPES:
