Ingredients

  • 1 slouse leftover pecan pie
  • 2 chocolate ice cream, scoops
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 ounces bourbon

Yield

Serves: 1 serving

Preparation

Remove a little pie crust from the edge of the pie to use for garnish.

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a chilled glass and top with crumbled pie crust.
