When Rachael was just starting out, her tiny New York City apartment didn't have much room for cooking.
"Only three burners worked in my first apartment here and I had a 24-inch stove," she says. "As much as I love to cook, it drove me crazy."
Her experience inspired the design of her versatile, oval-shape cookware, which fits into even the slimmest of spaces!
Rach's cookware is also made from hard anodized steel. "It’s non-stick... and pretty much indestructible," she adds.
Want your own set? From today until 12/23/17, get 30 percent off ALL in-store and online Rachael Ray items at Target, when you use the Cartwheel coupon -- which you can get from the Target app or Target.com. (Not all items are available in store and product assortment varies by store location!)
One of her most versatile pots is the 3 Quart Covered Oval Saucepan with Pour Spouts (this one is only available online!) -- and it's perfect for these three yummy recipes!
UMAMI MARINARA
This kicky marinara gets its rich flavor from the addition of anchovy paste and lots and lots of garlic. Use it to top Rach’s Hot Sausage and Beef "Pizzaiola" Meatballs!
FLOYD CARDOZ’S BRAISED CHICKEN THIGHS WITH WINTER VEGETABLES
