John created this mocktail for his friend—and fan!—Dr. Ian K. Smith, who doesn't imbibe but wanted in on the fun: "I don't drink alcohol at all, never had a drink in my life, but John's cocktails are always some of my favorite recipes on the show. They all look SO good!"

Try pairing this refreshing drink with Dr. Ian's healthy and delicious recipe for Honey Soy Glazed Salmon or Rach's Phò.
