Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ½ ounces vodka
- 1 ounce pomegranate juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
- 2 to 3 ounces ginger beer
- Orange twist and pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Yield
Serves: 1
Preparation
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, pomegranate juice, simple syrup and liqueur. Shake until chilled, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with the orange twist and pomegranate seeds. Serve with a straw.
