Creamy, warm queso dip is a crowd-pleaser that's even better with pan-roasted salsa mixed in. Serve this next-level queso dip from culinary team member Janette Zepeda with your favorite tortilla chips during game night or any other gathering and watch how fast it disappears.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces white American cheese, cubed
- ¼ cup Pan-Roasted Salsa
- Salt and pepper
Yield
Serves: 4 (3 cups)
Preparation
In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer over medium heat. Add the cheese and stir occasionally until melted and incorporated into the cream.
Remove from the heat and stir in the salsa. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a heatproof serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
