I like to serve them with this lemony parmesan mayonnaise for dipping but they're just as delicious straight off the grill without any sauce. If you wanted to serve these as a side, you could also drizzle with this sauce over the top.

Snip off the tough ends of the asparagus. Wrap each half of prosciutto around the asparagus and set aside.
Heat a grill to a medium heat. Using a basting brush or paper towel, oil the gill so the prosciutto doesn’t stick. Place the wrapped spears onto the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until prosciutto is crisp. If the prosciutto sticks to the grill, let it keep cooking. It should be easy to flip when it’s cooked. Remove to a platter.
If you’re making the dipping sauce, mix together mayo, lemon juice, lemon zest, parmesan, garlic, salt and black pepper. Serve with the asparagus.
