Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp , tails on, peeled and deveined 
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Serves: 4 to 6

Preparation

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring often, about 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper.
