This smoked fish bagel sandwich from viral YouTube series "Binging With Babish" was inspired by "Seinfeld" co-creator Larry David who plays himself in the hit HBO series "Curb Your Enthusiasm." (You still with us? Even if not, it's delicious)

Ingredients
- 1 bagel, split
- ⅓ cup whitefish salad
- 3 or 4 slices smoked sable
- 4 slices white onion
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
Yield
Serves: 1
Preparation
Toast the bagel and scoop it out, if desired. Spread the whitefish salad on the bottom half of the bagel and top with the sable, onion, and capers. Spread cream cheese on the other half of the bagel, close the sandwich, and enjoy.
