Rachael takes us inside her New York City apartment for a tour of her "tiny little kitchen" back in 2008.
"Our color scheme is based on a tile [my husband] John and I bought by the side of the road in Sicily the first time we went there together," Rach says.
"Just like on '30 Minute Meals' and on 'The Rachael Ray Show,' I've got bright colored dishes — and I like to be able to see them, because they're cute!" she continues. "Everything in our cupboards means something to us. It has a story behind it. Think of your kitchen as an opportunity to turn your dishes into souvenirs."
"When it comes to kitchens, size just doesn't matter as long as you have everything you need to make a great meal," Rach says.
Watch the video above to find out where Rachael keeps her EVOO ("I go through gallons of it," she says), what her dishes look like, what's in her fridge and pantry and much more!
