For 37-year-old Dianna, it's been 30 years since she last saw her father. After her parents divorced, she and her mom moved away from her dad and soon there was no contact at all. Dianna explains, "My mom always led me to believe that I was better off not knowing where he was or what was going on." When her mother passed away, Dianna says the interest was sparked to search for him. "I didn't have anybody that I could say was family," she says. Mike, 55, was only 17 when Dianna was born, and divorced her mother four years later. Soon after, he learned from his ex-wife that she and Dianna were moving. "Before I knew it they were gone," he recalls, "and I didn't know where they went - I never saw Dianna again." Mike remarried and had another daughter, Darcia, but he admits he always thought about Dianna and told himself he would eventually find her. One day while searching through Facebook, Darcia stumbled upon just the information her father needed - she found Dianna's profile and reached out to her.
