The handsome Aaron Eckhart stops by to tell Rachael about his new movie that revolves around a subject close to her heart -- food! "When I started studying for this movie, I learned how to make gnocchi," he says. "I learned what is a good vegetable and what's not so good. But the thing that people most want to know when you say 'I'm playing a chef in a movie' is, 'Can you chop?' It doesn't matter what sauces you're making or whatever -- it's about, can you chop and not cut your fingers off! If you can do that in a movie, you can play a chef." Learning how to cut and learning how to cut *safely* are very different things, as Aaron admits to Rachael when he relates how he accidentally scared his young costar, Abigail Breslin. Since Aaron's fingers came close to ending up on the chopping block, Rachael asks him what's tougher -- chopping in the kitchen or shooting love scenes with his other *No Reservations* costar, Catherine Zeta-Jones. "I had a good time working with Catherine," Aaron says with a smile. Rachael discovers that having a sexy leading lady is not just a perk of Aaron's roles, but also a requirement. "The first question I ask when I get a role is, who's the girl?" he jokes. Rachael tries to get the goods on some of his leading ladies, but Aaron remains tight lipped: On Julia Roberts *Erin Brockovich*, Aaron has one word: "Julia ..." he says with a wink, as he does when asked about Gwyneth Paltrow *Possession*. "Gwyneth ..." "Wow, you really _do_ pick your films by the ladies in them!" Rachael exclaims. Aaron cheekily defends himself. "I'm serious," he says. "Why not? You're going to spend four months with them!" Regarding those actresses and his other costars -- Renée Zellweger *Nurse Betty*, Hilary Swank *The Black Dahlia*, and Katie Holmes *Thank You for Smoking* -- Aaron chooses the diplomatic route. "They're all beautiful, they're all wonderful actresses," he says. "I enjoyed working with all of them. And they all have boyfriends and husbands!"
