Comedy Legend Carol Burnett

Comic icon Carol Burnett has been making audiences laugh for over 50 years, and now she's sharing her fondest memories and secrets from *The Carol Burnett Show* in her new book, *This Time Together.* "I loved doing it," she tells Rachael about writing the memoir, which was inspired by the many audience questions she's received throughout her career. "There were so many questions that would sometimes be duplicated: 'Is Tim Conway really that funny?' 'How did you find Vicki [Lawrence]?' ... I decided I should put some of those questions and answers in a book." Watch the video above to see Carol tell the hilarious story of meeting her idol Jimmy Stewart - and how it went horribly wrong! Rachael asks the legend who makes her laugh these days. "Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Tracey Ullman and Ellen DeGeneres - I think they're brilliant," Carol says. "And for the guys, STILL Tim Conway - there may be people as funny, but I don't know anybody funnier." Carol reminisces about the great times she used to have with Tim and the late Harvey Korman. "We'd all go out to dinner, and I would say you'd really have to know the Heimlich maneuver because we would laugh so hard we could choke!"
