Daytime legend Susan Lucci is crashing our set with her own tricks and surprises for April Fools' Day, including greeting the audience as if she is now doing Rachael's job of hosting the show! "I have been playing Erica Kane for 40 years on *All My Children*," Susan explains, "and now it's time for me to take over for Rachael Ray." Rach joins her on stage and exclaims, "She locked me in a closet!" Susan steps aside and jokes, "April Fools!" Rach gets a kick out of the humor and invites Susan to the kitchen table for a chat, where she congratulates the soap star on her new autobiography, *All My Life*. Then she asks the Emmy®-winner if she will share fun details about her career, including Elizabeth Taylor's visit to her soap opera. "The story is legendary at *All My Children!*" Susan says. "I'm just so proud that she was on the show. She was just a gift to the industry and the world!" Since it's April Fools' Day, Rachael asks Susan to channel her inner Erica Kane and take charge of some staffing issues on the set.
