Dr. Oz's 7-Minute Workout

Dr. Oz has his hands full answering audience questions in a round of ["Rock Around the Doc,"](/show/segments/view/rock-around-doc-dr-oz/) but has there ever been a question that was too embarrassing for him to handle? "I get a lot of questions about things that come out of our bodies," he tells Rachael. "'Number one,' 'number two,' lint, wax, odors, sweat. But the reason I don't think any of them are strange is because I've always believed we ought to have a 'no-embarrassment zone' about our bodies. So often in our lives we hear from our parents about these things when we're five years old and then you never want to bring it up again because you're embarrassed about it. And who knows ... when we talk what color your urine is or the shape of your poop or why you smell a certain way, although we joke about it, it could have life-changing implications." Dr. Oz explains that in addition to not being embarrassed about asking questions about your body, another way to improve your health is to get moving. "If you look around the world at people who have lived a long time," he says, "they share one basic attribute - daily rigorous activity. They walk, they move, they shove, they maintain their physical strength. What kills Americans is frailty. It's not cancer or heart disease; we get so frail we can't manage our own body weight, so if we fall or get a disease, we can't manage it any more."
