As Kallie demonstrates, you can put a balloon-arch together super easily. "They're so impressive looking, but I'm going to let you in on a little secret they are so easy to make." Two secret tools that make the DIY process even easier, according to Kallie? A hand-pump (to blow up all those balloons in no time) and a kit—so that all the balloons come together without having to worry about getting a variety of colors and sizes separately.
