Michelle says that she loves to expose her four adopted children to recipes that represent their native countries. This isn't a problem when it comes to cooking American fare for her son Connor, but she admits she needs a little help coming up with authentic-tasting Asian dishes for her daughter Faith, or Mexican meals for her sons Fabian and Nathan. Her son sums it up: "On a scale of 1 to 10, my mom's cooking is about a 5." Faith says, "I'd like Miss Rachael Ray to help my mom fix Lemon Chicken that tastes good -- not yucky!"
